Citroën C3 Aircross special edition official map to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the founding of the French Navy
Recently, Citroën partnered with the French Navy to launch the Citroën C3 Aircross (Parameters | Inquiry) French Navy Edition model to commemorate the 400th anniversary of the establishment of the French Navy. The design of this car is inspired by the Navy warship, and the exterior and interior are designed exclusively to present the design elements of the warship. In terms of appearance, the main body of the Citroën C3 Aircross French Navy Edition uses deep storm blue car paint to symbolize the deep sea; the roof uses light lustrous gray car paint, which pays tribute to the white waves and cloudy sky on the coast when the ship is sailing; some exterior decorations use the hull gray color, and the whole set of colors are pasted on the classic visual system of the French Navy. The front face continues the look of the current model, the front bumper has been redesigned, the Citroën logo is painted in striking red, and the bumper is decorated with red trailer hooks and straps. Looking at the side of this model, in order to highlight the off-road property, the wheel eyebrow shape of the vehicle has been redesigned, the body has been heightened, and the rim is made of a leathery 17-inch steel rim and matched with an all-terrain off-road tire with a width of 275mm. The position of the eyebrows is decorated with "outdoor" outdoor text, the position near the threshold is marked with "400 years of the French Navy", and the D-pillar has an exclusive logo. Roof racks are designed to hold Navy divers' gear, bags. The surface of the luggage rack is covered with ultra-high impact-resistant paint, which is enough to cope with the wear and tear of complex field road conditions. The French Navy version of the Citroën C3 Aircross continues the design style of the front, the Citroën logo is painted red, and the rear bumper has a new design to highlight the design elements of the warship. Interior design continues the design theme, Citroën's iconic infrared elements can be seen everywhere, and the steering wheel center logo also uses this color scheme. The atmosphere in the car is fully released at night, and the cockpit as a whole reflects a deep red light, which completely reproduces the interior lighting of the submarine during navigation - red light helps the crew to maintain day and night perception. An ingenious and poetic design that brings the atmosphere of the deep sea cabin into the car. The interior selection also serves the entire marine narrative: the light gray fabric on the upper part of the seat is specially treated to reflect the red light source at night, creating a quiet and unified immersive cabin atmosphere. The cushion is embossed with a comfortable texture, the front seats have a "400th Anniversary" commemorative logo, and the dashboard surrounds the blue, white and red three-color trim, which is delicately decorated with official commemorative attributes and unifies the entire interior design language. The French Navy version of the Citroën C3 Aircross has not been officially released. As a reference, the current main model is equipped with a 1.2T three-cylinder gasoline engine and a 1.2T+48V light hybrid, the former with a maximum power of 100 horsepower and the latter with a maximum power of 136 horsepower.
