On June 3, GAC Group issued a production and sales announcement for May 2026. The cumulative automobile sales of the whole group from January to May exceeded 628,200 units, an increase of 3.80% year-on-year. Among them, 127,300 cars were sold in May, an increase of 8.18% year-on-year. In addition, the cumulative export volume of independent brands from January to May was nearly 100,000, an increase of 135% year-on-year, of which 28,386 were exported in May, an increase of 140% year-on-year. In May, sales of its own brands, including Chuanqi, Hao Bai, and Aian, reached 55,434 units, an increase of 32.48% year-on-year. GAC Aian sold 31,946 vehicles in May, an increase of 74.76% year-on-year. Cumulative sales from January to May reached 144,100 vehicles, an increase of 62.28% year-on-year. GAC's cumulative sales exceeded 136,400 vehicles in January-May, up 16.15% year-on-year, of which 23,488 vehicles were sold in May, up 12.86% month-on-month. The MPV series sold 10,584 units in May, up 16.18% year-on-year. In terms of joint venture brands, GAC Toyota sold 62,200 vehicles in May, up 10.09% month-on-month, and cumulative sales in January-May increased 6.58% year-on-year to 291,600 vehicles. Baizhi brand sold more than 10,000 units in May, an increase of 100.09% year-on-year. GAC Honda's sales in May increased by 77.61% month-on-month, of which Haoying (parameter | inquiry) 's terminal sales in May reached 4,402, an increase of 38.7% month-on-month.
