Stick to the big V8! Vision BMW Alpina Concept unveiled! Luxury GT ceiling debut
On May 15, local time, the BMW Group officially released the Vision BMW Alpina (parameter | inquiry) concept car, announcing that Alpina has been upgraded from a classic modified brand to an independent luxury high-performance brand under the BMW Group, positioned between BMW and Rolls-Royce, and directly benchmarking the Maybach ultra-luxury GT market. As a slender and elegant four-seat large GT sports car, the concept car will be equipped with a V8 engine. According to foreign media sources, the first production BMW Alpina model is expected to be launched by the end of 2027. The Vision BMW Alpina uses a replica classic shark nose forward tilt head, an iconic design that pays tribute to Alpina's vintage classic model, and the head slightly dives forward to create a strong visual tension. The double kidney intake grille discarded the square and hard style, and made a three-dimensional embossed integrated model. The shape of the headlight group is slender and long, tiled horizontally on both sides of the front of the car, the layout of the light source is simple, and the edges of the lamp group are soft. The front bumper shape is round and full, the lower intake area is low-key and restrained, and there is no exaggerated sports tuyere. The lines on the side of the car body are smooth, and the through-type 6-degree ascent exclusive waist line extends from the front fender to the rear, and the slight ascent has an elegant dynamic feeling that is ready to accumulate momentum. The doors are large, bezel-less coupe doors with slim window frames and private dark coating on the window glass. Classic Alpina's exclusive 20-spoke vintage forged rims are elegantly shaped, with 22-inch front wheels and 23-inch rear wheels. The roof has an integrated sliding back design, smoothly transitioning from the A column to the rear, creating a smooth coupe sliding back posture with a body length of 5200mm, ensuring the rear riding space. The rear shape is wide and full, and the taillights are through-type minimalist thin strip taillights, which run horizontally through the rear. Slightly small duck-tail spoiler design along the rear, low-key optimization of aerodynamics, no exaggeration of large tail wings. Below it is equipped with Alpina's exclusive elliptical double quadruple exhaust. The interior has a minimalist and lightweight luxury European-style luxury cockpit design, the overall hue is double-pitched premium color matching, with a horizontal flat layout as the mainstay, following the 6-degree inclined interior design concept. The interior is equipped with Alpina's exclusive three-spoke luxury multi-function steering wheel, and the central control screen is a floating ultra-thin integrated large screen, which is embedded in the center of the central console. The air outlet of the air conditioner is a hidden long strip through the outlet, hidden in the line of the center console. The whole car adopts an independent four-seater luxury layout, and the front and rear rows are all independent integrated high-end sports comfortable seats, with Alpina's exclusive embroidery logo, which lowers the brand identity. The rear row is equipped with electric lifting glass bottles and crystal cups, magnetic fixation, and hidden ambiance lights to push GT luxury comfort to a new level, featuring an intimate, elegant, and not exaggerated ride experience. Powered by a V8 engine, it has been exclusively adjusted to release Alpina's iconic exhaust sound waves, low speed, deep and deep, and high rotation. In addition, the exclusive Comfort + comfort enhancement mode is retained and tuned to exceed the BMW standard comfort mode for a more flexible and elegant ride. We will keep an eye out for more information about the new car.
