As a successor to the current Alpina XB7, the Alpina X7 version will be based on the second-generation BMW X7 (code name G67). The development of the complete vehicle is scheduled to be completed in 2027. Its internal code name is G69. It is expected to be officially released as early as 2028. According to the information disclosed by overseas dealers after participating in the tasting meeting, the Alpina version X7 will be based on the regular model, redesigned front and rear enclosures, equipped with exclusive grilles, and interior materials will be more luxurious. In terms of product positioning, the Alpina X7 is positioned higher than the BMW brand's flagship model, but does not compete directly with Rolls-Royce.
