Zhang Zhengping was elected chairman of the board of directors in April this year. Zhang Zhengping was not nominated as a new director. In May this year, Zhang Zhengping stepped down as the legal representative, chairman and manager of Selis Group, and Zhang Xinghai took over as chairman. On April 27, Zhang Zhengping, chairman of Selis Automobile, was awarded the China Youth May Fourth Medal.
