Recently, the new Volkswagen Volkswagen 06 (parameter | inquiry) real car was unveiled. As a modified model, the new car architecture will be replaced by the CEA electronic and electrical architecture developed by Volkswagen for the Chinese market; the design has not changed much, but the design has been updated for the interior, while the endurance and powertrain have been improved. In terms of appearance, the new Zongzhong 06 continues the current model shape, adopts the breaking wind design language, and is equipped with all-weather led matrix headlights and a glowing golden logo; the overall shape of the new car still adopts the structure of the sliding back SUV, maintaining an elegant coupe posture. The new Zongzhong 06 adds a night blue car paint color, while retaining three car paints: shadow black, moon silver, and screen blue. In terms of body size, the new car has a length, width and height of 4663/1860/1617mm and a wheelbase of 2766mm. The front side window glass has been upgraded to double-layer laminated silent glass, and the new car comes standard with a 20-inch shadow blade sport wheel and supports an optional 21-inch diagonal blade sport wheel; it is worth mentioning that the rear brake of the new car will be equipped with a disc brake as standard. The new interior design of the Riviera 06 features a new simplified design, the introduction of the Gen X steering wheel, a 10.25 -inch high-definition instrument screen + 15-inch central control screen + 10-inch passenger entertainment screen (with anti-spy function) + 27-inch AR HUD enhanced head-up display, seamlessly integrating navigation path and assisted driving information with the real road surface, and introducing the MediaTek 8676 chip. The VW OS system is paired with a new HMI design to support customized desktops. The AI large language model has been upgraded to Zhi Spectrum Clear Speech, and the voice supports the positioning of the front and back four tone regions, which can be said without awakening and can be seen. Standard 9-speaker sound system, optional UNYX sound 12 speaker HiFi class luxury speaker. The new car standard is equipped with a new one-piece sports seat, ergonomics brings better comfort and support; high-quality models use Microfiber superfiber fleece fabric and parametric 3D laser engraving technology. At the assisted driving level, the new model 06 is equipped with high-speed Noa pilot assisted driving as standard, and the pure vision solution supports high-speed Noa pilot assist; the advanced lidar solution supports the city Noa pilot assist (expected to be delivered by the end of 2026), and the whole system is equipped with the memory parking function as standard. In terms of power, the new model 06 upgraded the battery pack with 54kWh capacity of the entry-level model to 60kWh, the CLTC range increased from 426km to 528km, and the maximum torque of the motor increased from 310N · m to 350N · m. The maximum power is expected to remain unchanged, and it is still 170 kW for the current model. Whether there are other powered versions available has not been officially disclosed.
