In the current configuration, the lowest score was 36 points, down from 42 points in the same period in 2025, a record low. It is reported that in 2026, the quota of household new energy minibuses will be 119,200 (including 60,000 new energy minibuses issued by households), the quota of personal new energy minibuses will be 34,800 (including 20,000 new energy minibuses issued by individuals), and the quota of unit new energy minibuses will be 5,000. According to statistics, as of 24:00 on March 8, 2026, after review, the household NEV minibus index application had a total of 326,847 valid codes, and the personal NEV minibus index application had a total of 566,936 valid codes.
