Recently, Deepal announced the addition of an intelligent ecosystem instrument panel to the S05, with the new screen installed on the steering wheel, similar to the placement of the steering wheel screen in previous Li Auto models. It features a 4.39-inch OLED display, showcasing information typically displayed on a traditional instrument panel. Previously, the Deep Blue S05 only offered AR-HUD for head-up displays and did not include a liquid crystal display (LCD) instrument panel. On August 6, the new Deep Blue S05 was launched with at a limited-time price of RMB 115,900-144,900. The new Deep Blue S05 has seen upgrades in both the interior and exterior. The interior now features a 15.6-inch 2.5K ultra-high-definition Sunflower screen and a 50-inch AR-HUD. It also gains LiDAR and two Horizon Journey 6M chips rated at a combined 256 TOPS, supporting urban, highway and parking ADAS for everyday use. In terms of power, the new model comes with a single motor, boasting a maximum power output of 272 horsepower (200 kilowatts). Its 0-100 km/h acceleration times are 6.28 seconds and 6.48 seconds, with respective pure electric ranges of 520 km and 620 km. The time to charge from 30% to 80% is 15 minutes.
