Adopt temporary regulation! At 24:00 on September 11, domestic oil prices rose for the 12th time this year.
Recently, according to the National Development and Reform Commission, a new round of refined oil price adjustment window will open at 24:00 today (September 11). In order to mitigate the impact of rising international oil prices on the country and ensure the smooth operation of the economy and the livelihood of the society, on the basis of maintaining the current price mechanism framework, temporary control measures have been taken on domestic refined oil prices. According to the current price mechanism, the domestic gasoline and diesel (standard products) prices should be increased by 435 yuan and 420 yuan per ton on September 11, and actually increased by 260 yuan and 250 yuan after regulation. Taking the Beijing area as an example, No. 89 gasoline was adjusted from 7.57 yuan to 7.76 yuan per litre, an increase of 0.19 yuan; No. 92 gasoline was adjusted from 8.09 yuan to 8.29 yuan per litre, an increase of 0.22 yuan; No. 95 gasoline was adjusted from 8.61 yuan to 8.83 yuan per litre, an increase of 0.22 yuan; No. 0 diesel was adjusted from 7.81 yuan to 8.02 yuan per litre, an increase of 0.21 yuan. In 2026, the domestic retail price adjustment window for refined oil has opened 18 rounds of price adjustment, of which 12 rounds of upward adjustment window, 5 rounds of downward adjustment window, and 1 round of price adjustment window was stranded. There were 17 rounds of oil price changes, with No. 92 gasoline increasing by 0.07 yuan/liter, 0.16 yuan/liter, 0.14 yuan/liter, 0.55 yuan/liter, 0.87 yuan/liter, 0.33 yuan/liter, 0.25 yuan/liter, 0.06 yuan/liter, 0.24 yuan/liter, 0.54 yuan/liter, 0.29 yuan/liter and 0.2 yuan/liter respectively (taking the Beijing region as an example), and lowering by 0.44 yuan/liter, 0.41 yuan/liter, 0.40 yuan/liter, 0.75 yuan/liter and 0.18 yuan/liter. Since the adjustment of domestic refined oil prices on August 28, crude oil prices in the international market have continued to rise sharply, especially in the Middle East region. The National Development and Reform Commission will guide refined oil production and marketing enterprises to make every effort to do a good job in refined oil production and transportation, ensure stable supply in the market, and cooperate with relevant departments to strengthen market supervision and inspection, strictly investigate and punish violations of laws and regulations such as failure to implement the national price policy, effectively maintain market order, and protect consumers' interests.
