Recently, the new Renault 5 E ‑ Tech official map was released. The new model ushered in a product upgrade, with higher energy efficiency, longer life and greater practicality since the entry version, while adding body color and multiple configuration functions. New cars are now being accepted and will be delivered in the coming weeks. The vehicle will be unveiled to the public at the Paris Motor Show, which opens in October 2026. In terms of appearance, depending on the version, the Renault 5 E ‑ Tech offers a new red body color scheme, a new rim gold paint, a new fender and a new roof patch. The vehicle as a whole has not changed much and is still in retro-futuristic style. Trapezoidal led headlights on the front of the vehicle, very recognizable. Rounded rectangular led daytime running lights are illuminated in a four-corner style. In terms of interior, the car adopts an integrated continuous screen design with a slightly curved surface composed of a full-size LCD screen + a large-size central control screen, combined with a double-spoke multi-function steering wheel and a rounded rectangular air conditioning air outlet shape, which is quite design. The new Renault 5 E ‑ Tech replaces the original MySense mode with Smart driving mode. The system automatically switches between economical, comfortable, and sporty modes according to the driving style. For example, the sensitive power of the motion mode can be obtained immediately when overtaking; when the village is driving and releasing the throttle, it automatically switches to the economic mode to save energy. Since the frequency of use of the Multi ‑ Sense physical button has decreased, the button on the steering wheel has been canceled, but the user can still manually switch the driving mode through the car screen or voice commands. In terms of power, the new Renault 5 E ‑ Tech has been further improved through aerodynamic optimization and battery electric control system adjustment. The vehicle provides 40kWh and 52kWh battery packs, and the pure electric range under WLTP conditions has increased from the previous 312km and 410km, respectively, to 315km and 430km. At the same time, the new model will also launch the entry-level version of the Five, with a maximum motor power of 80kW, equipped with a 36.5kWh battery pack, and a pure electric range of 305km under WLTP conditions.
