Notably, Arcfox has released its Alpha T7 delivery assurance commitment. After the vehicle's launch, orders have been extremely high (over 30,000 units were locked within one hour of its launch). The BAIC BluePark Magna factory is currently working at full capacity to ensure production quality and quantity, with production efficiency rapidly increasing. The company has set a goal to quickly deliver the vehicles to users. Regarding potential delivery delays, Arcfox has clearly introduced compensation policies for delayed deliveries. The policy applies to users who placed pre-orders and locked their orders by October 31, 2026, and the compensation period starts from the date of order locking. If users wait beyond 21 days, they will receive a cash compensation of 150 RMB per day after the 22nd day, with a maximum compensation of 3,000 RMB, which will be offset against the final payment. The official also provided supplementary information, stating that users must complete the invoice and vehicle pickup by December 31, 2026, to enjoy the compensation. If the deadline is exceeded, users will be deemed to have waived the compensation. Arcfox stated that the Alpha T7 is worth waiting for, and the factory will continue to improve production capacity, balancing quality and delivery efficiency to genuinely safeguard user consumption rights.
