On the eve of the college entrance examination, the transportation management department deployed in accordance with the "Spring/Summer 2026 Peace Action" as a whole, fully launched the "speeding street bombing" special rectification action, focusing on illegal modification, speeding, noise disturbance and other prominent traffic chaos, strictly investigating and punishing all kinds of traffic violations and dangerous driving behaviors, continuously purifying the urban road traffic order, and fully protecting the candidates' preparation and examination environment. II. The construction of roads around the college entrance examination site is divided into periods. From the day before the shutdown examination to the end of the examination, all road-related construction projects that generate noise pollution within 500 meters of the city's daytime examination site and at night shall adopt shutdown management measures to reduce the interference of construction noise from the source to the examination. 3. During the small language listening test, temporary traffic management measures will be taken in the vicinity. On the afternoon of June 8, the small language listening test will be held. Traffic noise will easily affect the candidates' normal test. In combination with the distribution of 16 small language test points in the city, the traffic management department takes timely measures such as diversion and bypass on the roads around the test points according to the situation. Vehicles are prohibited from honking, and all efforts are made to ensure the smooth progress of the small language listening test. 4. Expand the parking resources around the test site to facilitate parents to send the test to effectively solve the problem of parking vehicles for the candidates. On the eve of the college entrance examination, the traffic management department combined with the actual conditions of the roads around the test site, the territorial government, the education committee, the street and other units to maximize the opening of temporary parking spaces on the roadside around the test site school, and deep excavation of off-road parking resources. At the same time, parking guidance signs were added to scientifically divide temporary parking zones from parental waiting zones. Traffic guidance was strengthened on site, and vehicles sent for examination were guided to stop and leave immediately. At the same time, we will increase the care of parked vehicles on both sides of the road and clean up vehicles that violate parking, so as to ensure that the parking order in front of the examination site is standardized and orderly. Fifth, "one school, one policy" to do a good job in examining the surrounding traffic order maintenance for the city, the traffic management department in advance one by one on the ground, adhere to the "one school, one policy", tailor-made personalized traffic order management program for each point. Refine the traffic management measures around the test site, optimize the regional traffic organization, deploy and maintain the police force, and ensure the orderly road traffic in front of and around the test site. The traffic management department also carried out comprehensive inspection and maintenance of traffic signs, markings, and protective facilities around all examination points in the city in advance, timely supplemented and improved signs such as banning sound, slow travel, and temporary parking, and repaired fuzzy markings and damaged facilities to ensure that the basic conditions for road passage are intact and effective. VI. During the period of the college entrance examination, the traffic management department comprehensively launched the high-level work program, dispatched additional police forces and established additional maintenance and guidance posts around the campus, traffic-intensive bridge areas, main intersections and key sections. All college entrance examinations ensure that the police force is in place in advance, and strengthen command and guidance. In addition, we will intensify efforts to persuade and investigate and punish illegal parking, whistling and other behaviors around the test site, so as to create a good traffic environment. 7. The Iron Mounted Police carries a spare helmet with the car. During the college entrance examination, the Iron Mounted Traffic Police will be deployed to strengthen the dynamic patrol of the roads around the college entrance examination sites. When there are candidates for help, they will provide help at the first time to fully ensure that candidates can successfully take the exam. 8. During the examination period, the traffic management department will rely on various channels such as road outdoor displays, traffic broadcasts, and the Beijing Traffic Police's full-media platform to release road conditions information, temporary management and control information, and travel tips in a timely manner. During the examination period, the traffic management department will strengthen traffic publicity and guidance. The majority of drivers are also reminded here that they can pay attention to official information in a timely manner, plan travel routes in advance, and non-examination vehicles try to bypass the surrounding roads, travel by peaks, and take the initiative to avoid. Tips from the traffic management department: 1. Ask the majority of candidates and parents to carefully check the name and address of the examination points on the examination pass, and familiarize themselves with the location of the examination venue and the passage route in advance, especially the 11th School and the 11th Middle School, Tongzhou District Canal Middle School and Luhe Middle School.
