Second, in terms of service support for new energy vehicle charging, the Ministry of Transport has determined in advance that the charging service area is particularly busy, guided all localities to increase charging parking spaces, added high-power fast charging equipment, equipped with mobile charging facilities, and improved charging service support capabilities. During the holidays, guide the highway service area to do a good job in maintaining the charging order, and deal with possible long queue charging situations in a timely manner. Third, in terms of services to ensure tourism travel, the Ministry of Transport has guided various localities to increase the capacity of popular tourist cities, scenic spots and surrounding areas, actively develop customized passenger transport, customized buses, and small and medium-sized tourist charters, and improve the level of small and micro bus rental services. Coordinate the connection between railways, civil aviation and road passenger transportation, and urban public transportation, and ensure the travel services of passengers arriving and departing at night. Fourth, in terms of improving the public travel experience, the Ministry of Transport actively promotes convenience services such as online ticketing, e-tickets, and faceless travel to enhance the travel experience of passengers throughout the process. Increase volunteer services at hubs with large passenger flow, and strengthen the travel protection of key groups such as the elderly and infants with disabilities. Urge the online ride-hailing platform to increase capacity protection during peak hours and do a good job of ride-hailing services. Fifth, in terms of ensuring the safety of mass travel, the Ministry of Transport organized the investigation and rectification of major hidden dangers, implemented upgraded management and control of major hazard sources, and urged the person in charge of the enterprise to watch on duty. Implement key management and control for operating vehicles with large passenger carrying capacity and high operational intensity. On-board supervision is implemented for night cruises with large passenger flow and popular tourist and sightseeing routes. Strengthen the consultation and judgment with the meteorological department, and issue severe weather warning tips in a timely manner. During the "May Day" holiday, the cross-regional turnover of the whole society is expected to reach 1.52 billion people, an average of 304 million people per day, an increase of 4% year-on-year. People traffic on the first day of the holiday will hit an all-time high. It is expected that the cross-regional turnover of the whole society will reach 344 million people on May 1, an increase of 3.3% year-on-year; the highway traffic will reach 70 million vehicles, an increase of 3.5% year-on-year. Road trips dominate during the holidays. It is expected that the proportion of highway personnel turnover will reach 91.6% during the holiday period, and the average daily traffic volume of highways nationwide will be about 64 million vehicles. Among them, the daily average number of new energy vehicles is about 15.4 million, accounting for 24%, an increase of 33% year-on-year. In addition, railways and civil aviation maintain a high level of operation. It is estimated that the holiday passenger flow will reach 107 million and 11.75 million respectively.
