According to the National Energy Administration, the first day of the "May Day" holiday, the national highway ushered in the peak of travel. Through the statistical analysis of 57,600 highway charging facilities (guns) incorporated into the national charging facility monitoring service platform, the first day of the "May 1" holiday (from 00:00 to 24:00 on May 1), the charging capacity of new energy vehicles on the highway reached 23,033,900 kWh, an increase of 55.6% year-on-year, and the number of charging services exceeded 946,300 times, refreshing the charging volume record on the first day of the "May 1" holiday. In the next step, the National Energy Administration will continue to strengthen the monitoring of highway charging facilities with relevant parties, strengthen the dynamic allocation of emergency charging resources, and make every effort to ensure the follow-up charging service for the "May Day" holiday.
