New Geely Emgrand Xiangshang Series to Launch October 25 With a Larger Central Display
Recently, we learned that the new Geely Emgrand Xiangshang series will go on sale on October 25. The new model focuses on upgrading the exterior and interior, with a larger central touchscreen replacing the previous setup.
In terms of the exterior, the new Emgrand Xiangshang is based on the current model, with revisions to the grille and front bumper.
The grille bars have been simplified, adopting a top-to-bottom through-type structure. The front bumper has been redesigned, adding black decorative components.
The new model comes with new-style wheels.
At the rear, the bumper has been significantly reworked and a new full-width chrome trim strip added.
Inside, the car switches to a larger floating central touchscreen, and because of the bigger screen the central air vents and the physical buttons below have moved down in tandem with the screen size changes. The new model continues to retain physical buttons.
In terms of powertrain, the new model retains the current powertrain setup, with a 1.5L naturally aspirated engine. The maximum power output is 120 horsepower, with a peak torque of 150 Newton meters.
Transmission options include a CVT automatic and a 5-speed manual gearbox.
