The car was launched on May 27, with the Max + version selling from 479,800 units, the Ultra version selling from 539,800 units, and the Ultimate Extended Edition selling from 649,800 units (delivery will start in August). The new car has been upgraded with more than 140 innovative technologies, including the Huawei 6 lidar, Huawei Drykun ADS5 and Hongmeng Cockpit 4.0 system, and the body size has been further improved. Looking back at the new car, its exterior will be equipped with a new generation of megapixel full-color smart projection headlights, support for color image projection, and a new smart lighting system to enable a variety of thematic interactions. In terms of body size, the new M9 has a length, width and height of 5285/2026/1845mm and a wheelbase of 3125mm. In addition, it will be equipped with a new "hand-held auspicious cloud" semi-hidden door handle and Starlight Welcome Kit, which automatically lights up the side skirt welcome blanket and rearview mirror projection when the door is opened, and the door opening angle can reach 77°. The car is equipped with a new Universal triple screen, including a 10.25 -inch full LCD meter, a dual 17.2-inch 3.4K large screen and an AR-HUD head-up display, a built-in Hongmeng cockpit 4.0 system, and a new Xiaoyi agent. The new car is available in 5- and 6-seat configurations, both with Hysoft comfort seats and 3 zero-gravity seats, a 32-inch lift projection giant screen in the rear, a new smart laser projection system, and adaptive horizontal tabletop, 7.1L warm and cold box, smart eye protection chaser, and Huawei sound Ultimate 39 speaker sound system. In terms of passive safety, the new Boundary M9 adopts the Black Tortoise Body Architecture 2.0, with aluminum alloy and high-strength steel accounting for 91%, 13 airbags in the car, and an AI adaptive protection system. In terms of active safety, the whole vehicle has a total of 40 sensors, including 6 lidars (1 896-line lidar, 1 in-cabin lidar and 4 high-precision solid-state lidar), equipped with the Huawei ads 5 system, which realizes the full-scene piloted driving assistance function, covering high-speed, urban areas, full-scene parking, etc. In terms of power, the new borderline M9 adopts the new 800V dual SiC platform. The extended range version adopts the combination of 1.5T engine and dual motor power. The maximum power of the engine is 118kW, the maximum power of the front motor is 220kW, and the maximum power of the rear motor is 277kW. It matches the 60kWh/75kWh battery. The CLTC battery life is 340km and 422km respectively, and the comprehensive endurance is 1345km and 1405km respectively. The all-electric model also uses the front 220kW + rear 277kW dual-motor four-wheel drive system, which matches the 120kWh battery, and the CLTC has a pure battery life of 715km.
