On July 31, we learned from officials that Bentley Motors held a grand celebration to pay tribute to the eighty years of ingenuity of the Crewe headquarters factory. Coinciding with the 90th anniversary of the Bentley Drivers Club, the event unveiled a one-of-a-kind Continental GT Cabriolet. Exclusive Supernova Purple Ombre car paint. To pay tribute to this milestone, 107 cars from the Bentley Client Club have returned to Bentley Motors headquarters, in order of production age, along Pyms Lane. This spectacular fleet starts with the first ever Bentley EXP3 delivered to a customer and ends with the 2025 Bentley Speedmaster Ultimate Edition, which runs through every important era of the brand's history. Originally built in 1938 for the production of the iconic Merlin aero-engine, the Crewe headquarters became the base of Bentley's vehicle manufacturing operations. To commemorate Crewe's 80 years of craftsmanship, Bentley's personalized customization department, Mulliner, has created a unique and exclusive car. The car uses an exclusive supernova purple gradient paint, which was specially developed by the Paint Shop and the personalized customized color, material and finishing team. The paint is seamlessly transitioning from supernova purple to supernova purple dark, and the side is decorated with the "80" exclusive logo, showing a reverse gradient effect. The theme of the commemoration continues to the interior of the reversed-color wheel rim finishes and handcrafted cockpit, with the word "80" embroidered on the headrest and the exclusive spray pattern on the instrument panel, depicting the iconic Design Studio building, which jointly pays tribute to the eighty years of manufacturing history of the Bentley Crewe headquarters factory.
