On July 2, the first production vehicle of MG 07 was officially rolled off the production line at SAIC Zhengzhou Passenger Vehicle Base, announcing that MG 07 was successfully put into production, and SAIC Zhengzhou Passenger Vehicle Base reached an important milestone of 3 million vehicles rolling off the production line at the same time. The third million vehicle milestone was achieved in less than 23 months. At the same time as the first production car of MG 07 was rolled off the production line, another new car, MG 4X, at the Zhengzhou base has successfully completed the production capacity climb and is about to usher in large-scale delivery. MG 07 is based on SAIC's new-generation new energy platform and is the first personalized new energy coupe for young people in the range of 150,000 to 200,000. In terms of model size, the new car has a length, width and height of 4886mm/1900mm/1478mm, a wheelbase of 2825mm, and is positioned as a medium-sized car. MG 07 reverts to the traditional luxury sports coupe posture, adopts a hatchback style, and the low-lying wide-body posture is filled with air. In terms of intelligent assisted driving, the MG 07 was the first to be equipped with the Momenta R7 world model, which matches the lidar and has Noa capability in urban areas. In terms of power, the all-electric version adopts the drive motor model TZ185XY1181 produced by Shanghai Automobile Transmission Co., Ltd., with a maximum power of 176 kilowatts, and the CLTC pure-electricity range of 650km and 610km; the plug-and-mix version adopts the plug-and-mix system consisting of the 1.5L engine model 15FHC produced by Shanghai Automobile Group Co., Ltd., with a maximum engine power of 82 kilowatts, a peak drive motor power of 152 kilowatts, and a WLTC pure-electricity range of 185km.
