No need to look at advertisements anymore. Chengdu regulates the payment of parking lots by scanning the code! It is recommended to promote it nationwide.

Recently, the Chengdu Municipal Market Supervision Administration issued a compliance tip to clearly regulate the commercial marketing behavior of the city's parking lot scan code payment page, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and improve the convenience of parking payment. Recently, some parking lots in Chengdu scanned the code payment page to induce consumers with coupons, red envelopes and other information, mixed with improper marketing content, interfered with the normal payment process, and affected the public's travel experience. To this end, the Chengdu Municipal Market Supervision Department puts forward specific requirements from three aspects: personal information protection, advertising compliance, and subject responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations such as consumer rights protection and advertising management. The compliance prompt clearly states that parking lot operators must not excessively collect personal information, and must not compulsorily obtain irrelevant information by means of general authorization, default authorization, etc.; it is strictly forbidden to force or disguise mandatory attention to public accounts and registered members to pay fees; the rules of the consumption agreement must be notably notified, and the rejection option must be provided. In terms of advertising norms, the advertisements issued on the payment page must be true and legal, marked with the word "advertisement" prominently; pop-up advertisements must be closed with one click, and consumers must not be misled into clicking by means of false red envelopes, false notices, false buttons, etc. At the same time, the Chengdu Municipal Market Supervision Department requires the parking lot management to fulfill their audit management responsibilities and stop illegal marketing activities in a timely manner. The city's market supervision system will strengthen daily supervision and investigate and punish violations of laws and regulations according to law. Consumers can report infringement issues through the 12315 and 12345 hotlines.
